Savings are estimates for a bill inside each package’s range; they depend on your bill, roof and usage, and we confirm them on the site visit. Prices are all-in. Achiv is non-VAT.

What’s included, and what isn’t.

Included

  • Everything on the package card, installed and commissioned
  • Documentation pack: as-built diagrams, panel-string layout, breaker labels, warranty registrations, one-page operating guide
  • Workmanship warranty, 2–3 yr depending on package, signed by the crew that installs
  • Year-1 Care Plan; ₱5,400/yr after, optional

Not included

Net-metering filing. You file net-metering with your utility; we supply the engineer-signed drawings it asks for.

How you pay

  1. ₱100,000 reservation when you sign. It locks today's component prices and goes toward your materials
  2. Materials balance, paid before your components ship, at supplier cost with no markup from us
  3. Professional fee, on commissioning and handover

The Year-1 Care Plan is already included in every package.

Bill above ₱25K a month? The Estate tier is sized per property.
